Hi, I am Veet Karen. I have been a healthy vegetarian for over three decades and along the wa, I have educated myself on how to eat as healthy as I possibly can. I established a catering business seven years ago ‘Veet’s Cuisine” to following my passion of cooking incredibly healthy and creative vegetarian cuisine. Prior to that, I was a care worker for people with disabilities for eight years and a teacher for twelve years. This year I married my teaching skills with my cooking skills and founded Australia’s first organic vegan chef and lifestyle training. I have a wealth of knowledge to share with you all on how to stay healthy as a vegetarian as well as some great ideas on how to really listen to what your body wants and needs to eat. Even if you are not vegetarian the recipes are always well received by meat eaters too. I have catered and facilitated on two of the nurses for nurses retreats and must admit these retreats are at the top of my list of my fave jobs. http://www.veetscuisine.com.au/
