Almost everyone I talk to says how busy they are and certainly Nurses are no exception.  We all  seem to spend so much time on our mobile’s, that this week I thought I’d share 7 Free phone Apps  one for each day of the week) that you might like to download!

Stress Check – Nearing the end of another busy year – you might find the results surprising!

Developed by clinical psychologists, it takes you through a series of stress check quiz, exploring different areas of in your life.
